Cancer Control Plan, Link, Act, Network with Evidence-Based Tools (P.L.A.N.E.T) Resource Development AHRQ, CDC, SAMHSA NCI Cancer control planners, program staff, and researchers have the same goals: to reduce cancer risk, the number of new cancer cases, and the number of deaths from cancer, as well as enhance the quality of life for cancer survivors. While many share the same goals, all do not have easy access to resources that can facilitate the transfer of evidence-based research findings into practice. This Cancer Control Plan, Link, Act, Network with Evidence-based Tools (PLANET) portal provides access to data and resources that can help planners, program staff, and researchers to design, implement and evaluate evidence-based cancer control programs.

CDC Community Guide NIH topic expert on intimate partner and sexual violence primary prevention among youth Committee, Work group, Advisory group, or Task Force CDC NICHD, NIDA The Guide to Community Preventive Services (The Community Guide) is a collection of evidence-based findings of the Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF). It is a resource to help select interventions to improve health and prevent disease in each state, community, community organization, business, healthcare organization, or school. Community Guide reviews are designed to answer three questions: (1) What has worked for others and how well?; )2) What might this intervention approach cost, and what am I likely to achieve through my investment?; and (3) What are the evidence gaps? the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) members contribute expertise on intimate partner and sexual violence among youth to the Guide.

CDC-NIH Lyme Disease Serum Sample Repository Resource Development CDC, OS NIAID Initiated in 2008, this resource was made available to the scientific community on a broad basis in late 2011. Lyme disease and related serum samples are available upon request for testing and comparison of new and current diagnostic tests with a common serum sample set for standardization. Samples are distributed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). CDC and NIH both provided support to acquire the samples and continue to work together to ensure the scientific community has access to samples needed for Lyme disease diagnostic test development.

CDC/National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) for Audiometric Support for 3 NIDCD-Sponsored, Population-Based Surveys Health Survey CDC NIDCD The purpose of this agreement is to provide funding for scientific and technical support as well as quality assurance of three large audiometric examination surveys funded by the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD). These health surveys are: (1) The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), (2) Age, Gene/Environment Susceptibility Study–Reykjavik Study (AGES–RS), and (3) the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study – Kindergarten Class of 2010/2011 (ECLS–K:2010/2011).
Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) Implementation Science Workshop Meeting/ Workshop CDC OD/DPCPSI/OAR, NIMH This is an activity that began in 2017, leading to the workshop in 2018. The workshop is focused on clarifying and furthering the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) network''s roles in advancing HIV-related implementation science research. The workshop will include representatives from NIH, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), US Agency for International Development (USAID), State representatives and other non-Federal partners.
