The Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Reporting (OEPR) serves as the hub of a broad evaluation community at the NIH, which consists of Planning and Evaluation officers from across the NIH’s Institutes and Centers (ICs) and OD offices. OEPR mission is to support NIH program evaluations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. As a part of this mission, OEPR:
- Administers the NIH Evaluation Set-Aside (ESA) Program ***Currently Suspended***
- Provides evaluation consultation and support to NIH Staff
- Reports evaluation results to HHS
This website includes information about post award-requirements for ESA award recipients, and links to evaluation-related resources. OEPR also coordinates regular meetings of the Evaluation Special Interests Group, through which the NIH evaluation community stays informed and connected.
