The Action Plan to Reduce Asthma Disparities promotes collaboration and coordination among Federal agencies to leverage existing resources to address the multi-leveled causes of asthma disparities. The Action Plan outlines four key strategies to improve the quality of care for children who have asthma and promote community programs and resources to support clinicians, children, and their families in following best practices for asthma management.

The purpose of the TB (Tuberculosis) Therapeutics Research Coordination Forum (“the Forum”) is to support and sustain discussion, information sharing, and decision making to coordinate clinical trials of new TB drug combinations. The overall goal is to advance new therapies rapidly and cost-effectively while maintaining the highest standards of scientific rigor. The Forum will work to coordinate planning among the major non-commercial sponsors and their research groups to ensure rapid and efficient Phase II evaluations of drug combinations.

Those who text "BABY" (or “BEBE” for Spanish) to 511411 receive weekly text messages, timed to their due date or their baby''s birth date through the baby’s first year. Messages, which have been vetted by both government and non-profit health experts, deal with topics such as nutrition, immunization, birth defect prevention, and oral health.
