The new charge of the Trauma and Early Intervention Subcommittee is the creation of a Primer on Trauma-Informed Human Services that will summarize the practical implications of recent research about trauma, toxic stress, executive functioning, and related constructs for managers and administrators of HHS-supported human services programs.
