Title: NTP Technical Report on the Modified One-Generation Study of 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (CAS No. 131-57-7) Administered in Feed to Sprague Dawley (Hsd:Sprague Dawley® SD®) Rats
Subject: NTP assessed the potential of continual exposure to 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (2H4MBP) via the diet to induce developmental toxicity, affect reproductive performance (e.g., pregnancy rate, litter size), and alter endocrine-sensitive endpoints, and included histopathological examination of the adult F1 male and female reproductive tracts.
Purpose (e.g., abstract): This peer review done via panel will be conducted in Q2 2021. It will assess of the draft NTP developmental and reproductive toxicity technical report (DART-05). Information for the review will be posted once dates are finalized.
