With changes in our food system over the past several decades, a growing area of research is exploring the intricate relationship between ultra-processed food intake and the increased risks for obesity and cardiometabolic diseases. This virtual seminar takes place March 12, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET and will explore the role of ultra-processed foods in contributing to poor health outcomes in the U.S., and particularly communities experiencing health disparities.
