- Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH) – enhancing research related to diseases, disorders, and conditions that affect women
- Office of Strategic Coordination (OSC) – encompassing the NIH Common Fund programs and is designed to provide strategic and nimble approaches to address key roadblocks that impede biomedical research
- Sexual & Gender Minority Research Office (SGMRO) - coordinating sexual and gender minority-related research and activities by working directly with the NIH Institutes, Centers and Offices
- Tribal Health Research Office (THRO) - coordinating tribal health-related research and activities across the NIH, and ensuring meaningful input from collaboration with the tribal Nations on NIH programs and policies
