Ideas for New Common Fund Programs
NIH Institute and Center (IC) Directors and external participants of three strategic planning meetings have submitted concepts for new Common Fund programs. The information provided on each idea nomination form is brief and proposes a challenge or opportunity that the Common Fund could undertake. The Council of Councils will consider the extent to which these ideas are responsive to the Common Fund Criteria. The NIH Leadership will then determine which are most promising, and therefore, should be further developed and potentially implemented in FY13 or FY14.
