Responsibilities and Activities
Teniola Akingbade serves as an Executive Assistant. In this role, she provides direct administrative support to the Director of the Office of Nutrition Research, research committees and the rest of the office staff. Her responsibilities range from management of system operations to providing comprehensive support through various administrative duties.
Biography
Teniola Akingbade completed her B.S. in psychology with a minor in biology from Morgan State University in 2017. Shortly after graduating, she served as a research assistant for Georgetown – Howard University Center for Clinical and Translational Science. She provided both administrative, statistical, laboratory, and technical support to the organization. Simultaneously, she acted as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative budgetary and personnel support to a private medical clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in a microbiology lab of her alma-mater, Morgan State University.
