Welcome to the Office of Nutrition Research and Drew's Views, my new Director's Blog. I'm Dr. Andrew Bremer and I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts about nutrition science and the changing landscape of nutrition research. I look forward to hearing from you about your perspectives on nutritional ecology, looking at nutrition wholistically, and identifying opportunities in this field of health science research. 

Dr. Bremer was appointed Director of the NIH Office of Nutrition Research (ONR) in September 2023. In this new role, working collaboratively with the NIH Institutes and Centers, he'll work to advance and coordinate nutrition research and participate in the development of new trans-NIH funding initiatives and workshops.
