PERFORMANCE.GOV

As mandated by the GPRA Modernization Act, performance.gov
will provide public access to extensive performance reports, including priority goals. Priority Goals are areas with an opportunity to significantly improve near-term performance, using existing resources and legislative authority. HHS has selected nine priority goals:
- Biomedical Research: By 2011, reduce the fully loaded cost of sequencing a human genome to $25,000
- Access to Early Care and Education Programs for Low-Income Children
- Quality in Early Care and Education Programs for Low-Income Children
- Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program
- Food Safety
- Tobacco - Supportive Policy and Environments
- Primary Care: Field strength of the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)
- Emergency Preparedness - Incident Command Structure

ONDCP National Drug Control Budget

The Office of National Drug Control Policy's (ONDCP) National Drug Control Budget includes 2 of NIH's 27 Institutes and Centers (ICs), the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA). This report includes performance measures, representative of their drug budget-related activities.
NIH's Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tool allows access to a searchable repository of reports, data, and analyses of NIH research activities.
